Okay so I’m late to the party, but I made this last night for dinner and added half a tablespoon of tahini to the dressing…it was SO good!!!! Then next day, I cooked some chickpea pasta and topped it off with the leftovers of this broccoli salad. Girl you are incredible! The flavors compliment each other so well. I love your channel so much! Thank you for being passionate about making vegan food delicious, accessible, healthy, and easy! You are a rockstar ❤

Veggie burgers are always hit or miss for me, like some restaurants make them insanely good while others are just bland mush on a bun

Im allergic to meat. I lack the enzymes to digest it. I dont like the alternatives because it makes me feel like im going to ger sick. They probably have a place in the market, but im definitely not their target audience.
